It makes me sick, there are injured veterans waiting way too long, I have friends here that waited almost 2 yrs. This guy is a douche, should have went to to prison for fraud.
 
There are some things that need to be brough to the VA's attention. There are some things that dont. If you can still function, you dont need disability. When I enlisted in 2002, I was perfectly healthy (still am for the most part). Deployed to OIF in 2005. Got injured (back injury), and have the line of duty paperwork. Also, my hearing in my left ear is shot. VA dosent know about that one. I did take my LOD paperwork to the VA on my back, but did not pursue a disability rating. I can still get up at 0500 every day and do PT. I can still perform my military duties.

There is no reason this douche should be able to claim anything. If anything, he should have to pay it all back because he obviouly had a pre existing condition. He has what is called EPTS - existing prior to service. The VA dosent owe him for what he did to himself before he joined.

Thanks for your integrity and sense of duty. It's guys like you that make this country what it is supposed to be.
