I spoke with Theresa Stevens Savery at the open house meeting at the Zoo. I asked about reporting people violating the UNF regulations.
She said the best thing to do is be nice avoid any confrontation take a picture of them while they are doing what ever it is that they are doing and send them and any other information you can collect to her at:

Make sure that you get their faces and/or license tag if you can. As for the ATVs get a picture of them & their license tag in the parking lot. then they can get law enforcement involved. Here say is not worth much. Pictures are priceless evidence.
