Ugh. Came home to a pile of BGE trucks at the entrance to the neighborhood and a pile of not-dry clothes in the dryer. Gas out to some 100+ homes.
Once they get it back on, resetting the water heater is easy (push-start electric pilot).
But what about the furnace? It has an auto elec. pilot. I can't find a big red obvious "reset" button on it.
Do I just turn off the t-stat, and turn it back on so it gets a "go" signal? Our stat is the standard $30 type. As far as I can tell I can't just leave it on b/c it (the stat) dosn't know the furnace isn't running... right?
I'm really wondering about the old lady next door... will I have to go over and manually reset hers too?
