I know its a repost but I am not looking for a debate on retreads. I am looking a place that does it local. I am looking for it to be a 285/75r16 a/t for a 1 ton dodge tow rig. I realize threadwright is good just trying to get out of paying the 130 to ship 4 tires.

Keep in mind that if you buy them locally, you'll pay 7% sales tax + disposal fee... so while it is indeed cheaper, it may not be quite as much as you think.
Also, the shipping rate may (don't know) be cheaper if you can use a business dock or pick up at a terminal.

hey man, keep us posted on i shipping cost. if they say they can ship cheaper to one place or the other i'd like to know.

champtire.com ships tires for MUCH cheaper than treadwright.

Nope cheapest on treadwright is 130 to my house no cheaper to a business. And the 285/75 16 are on backorder anyway. I will have to check put that other website. I hate paying a grand for tires on something I don't drive a lot

at $130 a tire, you might as well go to 4wheelparts and get brand new tires.

hell, they are probably backordered from treadwright anyway...

I got my 285/75/16 MT from treadwright $620 shipped to my house & got them mounted at the local gas station for $20. I would be getting another set for my Cherokee but they're back ordered for at least 3 weeks on 31/10.50/15
