I have a DieHard Platinum (Odyssey) AGM battery, unfortunately left the keys ON and drained it :uzi:

Got it to jump off another car, let run - but it's still stuck at 10.5V.
From what I've read, this happens w/ AGMs, and the only way to fix it is w/ a special charger, or a trick - use a normal trickle charger, but also put a good 12v battery in parallel w/ it.

Any otehr tricks? I don't have a trickle charger :shaking: but I do have one of those rechargeable 12v jump-packs. Think if I plug that into A/C , connect it along w/ another good battery in parallel, it'll come back?

I'm not clear what the real difference is b/c one of those and a trickle charger anyway.

My understanding with AGM's has always been that when they're drained to near zero that you need a good high current charger to bring them back, not a trickle charger.
