Rhino PTO Winch (8K) any good?

Cleaning out some parts & came across this PTO winch & cradle....

I have never messed with these. Anyone know anything about them?

I have a Braden pto winch I had high hopes of, came off a ww2 weapons carrier, been living on the back of my 67 chevy for 10 years now. There is a tree growing through the frame now, requires chainsaw to free the truck.

I think this one came off of my FIL's '67 F-250 High Boy Wrecker....been in a garage since the '70's

Made in Japan. Maybe old fj40 factory option or something?
