rim size & bolt patterns & D44 question

Are 8 lug rims generally only made in 16" or larger diameter?

Also is there such a thing as a 8 lug hub for a D44 front axle?

Just seeing what options are available as I plan my upgrades!

3/4 ton trucks often times had 8-lug 44's.. D44"HD".

15x10 (for example) 8-lug wheels are pretty common in aftermarket wheels.
