ring and pinion

I want to get a 4:10 gear set for my 2000 Ram 2500 V10. Can someone suggest a brand of quality gears at a good price. The front is a Dana 60 and a Dana 70 rear. The rear has the factory L/S that I would like to keep, can I use this with the new gear set? Thanks, BigGun
 
Check the diesel boards.. 4:10's are available frequently... cheap!
 
I have a D60 4:10 gears set in excellent condition. How's $50 grab ya ?

I think a ring and pinion for a Dana 70 will be rather expensive. A set for a Dana 80 is $1400.
 
Actually, when I thought I had grenaded my D80, I noticed that the D70 was not expensive at all..

The 80 sure as hell was though...

Glad to hear a 70 may not break the bank. Got a couple of good offers on a 60 but nothing on the boards for a 70 yet. Thanks for the tips on the diesel boards.
Is Yukon a good brand? Will the factory L\S work with these gears?
