The driver should pay for her damages. There is no way in hell a driver that was paying attention wouldn't see that. Check her text messages.

May have been. I was in a GOTO meeting today and they were talking about the roads in TN and one of the guys posted this.
I figure the driver was txting or just not paying attention.

to be sure there were "road hazard" signs at least a mile before...I call BS.
