Well I'm not a lawyer by no means but there is a lot of variables we have to take into consideration,
1. do you have a permit?
2. are you going to sell tickets, or is free to the public?
3. is the alcohol provided, or is it BOB?
4. and is my Xwife in the car?
And soooo many more avenues to think about, I have noticed nobody as responded to your quandry. Maybe this will get the ball rolling and others will take time to help.
