Rock lights ?

Mine are vatozone led truck bed pods and some cheapo led driving lights. Good but of light, almost no amp draw, and about $50 all together.

Sent while I should have been doing something constructive...

Cheapo walmart driving lights, just dont use the wiring and switches that come in the kit, buy good toggle switches. Ive always ran mine off of a separate fuse panel, im paranoid of fire lol.

Trail Gear, [poly performance] led strips, have about $100 in them , goes practically full circumference of my buggy. 3 yrs old, no dead bulbs.

Thanks for the input guys. Sounds like I've got a variety to research tonight.
Matt are the strips bright enough to light up the rocks? I've got a set of strips on my golf cart that light up pretty good. Are they something like that?

I just bought some Lunatec LEDs. Not cheap but really nice aluminum cases. Rigid Industries are very nice to.
Where can these be bought? Anywhere local?

I bought mine from a guy on here, goes by ORV Offroad Design an Fab
Great guy to deal with. Good prices.
Also as Mcutler posted on the Poly Performance lights. I have rode with Matt an must say his buggy with the Poly Performance lights are killer. They light up the ground an do not put anyones eyes out in the process. Hope that helps.

I use Trucklite brand 4" grommet lights. Available in led and standard. Only reason why is I get em through work and their simple and have a good flood patern. 6 lights two front 2 mid 2 rear, 3 toggles. Water proof and will take a smackin! (or pop out of the grommet) :p

i got some off ebay for 60$ that came with a bunch of connectors, wire, fuse, angle mounts, double sided tape mounting pads and sweet switch. There are 10 LED pods that are pretty bright. I think they're xk glow brand

I use these strips from Autozone / Advance.http://www.autozone.com/autozone/ac...LED-light/_/N-25cd?itemIdentifier=327395_0_0_ If you look around or order them online you can usually get some type of deal. They work great. I have 2 on all sides of the Jeep.

While I was at Autozone today I picked up some of these lights. They had a push button tester on them and man are they bright. I bought three sets. Two white sets and one set of red ones. Figured I'd put a red one on front and back to just give it a little color. You think one set of white ones on each side will be enough?

I also got a set of 8'' red ones to put a little light in the interior.

On mine I have 2 strips on each side and 2 front and rear. I waited until dark and took them out of the pack and tested them. You may be fine with what you got. The only way to find out is try.

I finally finished up the light install about 4 o'clock this morning and they are great! On the sides I used one full set of white ones and had to cut the second set off 1/3 but they are still plenty bright. And the red ones on the front and back really set the jeep off.
