Roku streaming

Went to TCL ROKU TVs a few years ago. Can’t imagine ever going back to cable. Have an antenna on the roof for local channels.

Roku since they first started selling them in retail.
No regrets.
Lots of free stuff. Enough that out only paid service is Netflix and we are considering letting that go.
My wife watches more other stuff, but most of what I watch is on the Roku.

I would second that. I think we could easily get by without any paid subscriptions. The Roku channel has plenty of free stuff that's worth watching, plus Pluto TV, YouTube, News apps.

I recently dumped Directv and went with Roku boxes on the TV's that were not Roku TV's.

I'm using Fubo for my main streaming service and have Disney+ and Netflix. I needed a Directv replacement due to the wife, she would only go along with this if she still got her "regular" shows.

I'm very happy with it so far.

Well this is what I’ve ordered so far, still debating on the bigger/ultra. Don’t know if it’s really needed

I have 2 of the Roku Express units. Not really seeing much lag but occasionally, they will buffer some. May be more due to my network. Really need to get an extender for the master bedroom.

I have some that are ~2yrs old... 1 of them wont load the channels half the time. The smaller/cheaper ones tend to die sooner, in my experience. But for the price difference, maybe it doesnt matter.
