I have decided that the next mod on my TJ must be a roll cage. I want to make sure it is built by a company or person with a good reputation let’s face it I am putting my family’s life in their hands. Also I want to have my CB, small compressor, and some switches mounted to it, as well as use it as use part of it as an air tank from my compressor. I want to run it all the way to the frame, and also across the top of the dash, as well as whatever else needs to be done to make this as stout as possible. With that being said it is going to be a slightly more custom job than most roll bar jobs.
My question is how do I go about finding someone close to the Greensboro, NC area to do this type of work, and getting a quote on doing the work.
Also about how much do most good quality roll bars such as this run? So I have some idea how much money I need before I even start to worry a shop about it.

Contact rockmafia on the board. He does excellent work.

A nice custom rollcage is pretty standard equipment these days and kuddos to you for keeping the good name in our sport. Prices can vary, my guess would be something around $1000. I'm not up to date on steel or labor prices though so you may want to check around. "Rockmafia" on this board is just outside of greensboro and does great tube work. I would give him a shout.
