Roll forming?

I need a few pieces of 15" wide by 40" long treadplate decking rolled to a 22" radius. Anybody have a recommendation on a shop in Triangle/Triad to do this?

hot roll carbon steel, 0.125" (1/8")

Are you talking about steel diamond plate? Thats really tough on a roller.......it can be done but I dont have any suggestions locally. I could do flat steel sheet or aluminum diamond plate but 1/8" steel diamond plate...............

Thats really tough on a roller........
