Rollbar "Covers"

Ok,
I'll go ahead and admit it, I am an idiot.
I'm sure that doesnt surprise many of you.

But I have spent a large part of 2 days looking for The "wraps" that you frequently see on a Jeep Rollbar.

I know where to get the insulation/foam material, but what I am having no luck with is the cover that is made out of the same material as a soft top that velcros around the insulation.

#1 Does anyone know the correct name for this crap?
#2 (AND MUCH MORE IMPORTANTLY) Anyone know who/or where I can get it, locally preferred.
 
what rig? i went to 4wd.com (4wheeldrive Hardware, now a 4WParts company), typed rollbar cover in the search window and got 3 pages of TJ/YJ/CJ hits.
Try Bestop.com?

I'll likely go this way also... fairly in-expensive (compared to off-the-shelf "rollbar pads") + the covers are easily removed for occasional washing
