Rollover catch can

After my recent roll over I’m installing a ball valve with check valve on fuel tank vent. Also installing vent bellows on everything else.

Why are roll over valves on all vents not enough? I get the catch can but isn't this the reason for a valve to begin with?

I guess the cans are plumbed for the drips and residue?
Does this mean they have a dip tube of sorts so when righted the small amount caught doesn't repeat the scenario?

I'm just going by the wording WEROCK used in their rules.

The psc unit is a very small can with the filter on it and check valve built in, but it's $75. So I was hoping someone had info for a cheaper piece.

I’d just run vent bellows on everything except fuel, this way can account for temp cycles with no fluid loss or contamination. Fuel needs a vent ran past the tank in every direct with a roll over valve.

Also a good idea to plumb a 1/4 turn valve on the vent line to shut off all together for storage or while in recovery from a roll.

I've always heard top stay away from the bellows as they may not expand enough and begin to pressurize. But I've never ran them so I'm just playing web wheeler here.

Thanks I have vent lines for all the different components routed 360 and just a simple filtered end right now.
Sounds like I just need to add a rollover valve and ball valve to everything and be good to go.

Any body got a line on an official "rule" for say Ultra Four? really want to see what "Tech" they require. Inquiring mind wants to know.

I haven't found any specifics as to containment, pressure, or performance standards.

Anybody got a guess on liability?

tried that.....didn't find any specifics. Actually read til my head hurt. Read about valves and such tried looking at sections specific and resorted to glossing over it...the section numbers don't seem to correlate with the headings and listed subject....in short I got lost.

I know there was a bunch of talk about 10.3.5 being harder to find than sasquatch...
