Need to get a spring loaded pallet carousel for the end guy palletizing the finished product. Will definitely save his back and should make his job faster which could mean him taking on another task in the cell. Other than that, definitely seems to be a lot of standing watching automation do it's task. Hard to tell in video, could product flow be changed into more of a U shape so black guy and dishpan hands COVID mask guy consolidate into one role?

Production at the new gig. They brought me in to streamline it and build a stronger team. Need to double production by end of year. Shouldn’t be a problem as they have really been lacking on leadership and efficiency in production.

There’s a lot like that to do.

Black guy is my tech guy. He was watching the machine and checking for adjustments as it was the start of a fresh run.

dish pan Covid mask guy is. A process engineer here on behalf of client checking out a new run of tablets. He’s not mine.
