I always liked RC better then pepsi or coke and it only cost 69 cents which is 74 cents after taxes. today I go in the store to find they jacked it up to 89cents thats 94 after taxes. I thought the economy was getting better

In a typical "severe recession", the prices would have been forced down, but I can't think of anything that is cheaper now than it was a year or two ago.

You need to find a bakery thrift store. The expensive name-brand bread is only like 99 cents at the one near my house. The cheaper stuff is about 69 cents.

Speaking of bread prices,I had today off so I did some serious shopping and found a company that will sell me hot dog buns at a deal if I buy case at a time, 160 buns, and then he told me all I had to do is let them THAWOUT for two or three days! I walked away.
