Just a few points.
Sure RE list is double RC list., but in my experience the multiplier is not the same for both. They are closer in price than that. NOT EQUAL, and not nearly comparable, but closed than double. So to continue to throw around $900 is disingenuous at best.
Second, just because Home Depot is in business the local lumber store is out, doesn't mean the flunky at HD is a better carpenter or carried better products.
Third it is my understanding that RE is moving manufacturing and not sure how quickly they are going to be up and running at the new location...thats the reason for the "shut down" along with some financial gymnastics many businesses go through.
I guess they could have continued to take orders and be backogged 26 weeks with their customers money like some companies do...
Seriously you should at least learn who you are talking to before insulting them. Andy is one of the good guys in our hobby and would help anyone....he also happens to have more experience than 99% of those on this board, including yourself (and for that matter me as well).
