I need to tell you this has always been one of the things that get on my nerves. You work til 5 and the company you want to do business with closes at 5 and they are 10 or 20 miles away...
We are not bankers, why do automotive shops work bankers hours? How can you do business with them if you cannot get in touch with them?
When I started Ruffstuff, as far as I could tell we were the only shop open til 7pm and at least in our area the only shop open on Saturdays. A few more have followed suit but here are our hours.
Monday-Saturday 8am-7pm Pacific Standard Time
Now the exceptions. We work late most evenings, someone is working on a project most everyday late, including Sundays. If we are here we answer the phone. Our normal hours translate to 10pm East Coast Time, you think its late and we are still here working, give us a try!
