what I've done several times. take a 2 or 3" wide ratchet strap feed it around the runflat, around the "equator" and pull as much slack as possible through the ratchet before starting to ratchet. be aware of the location of the rachet mechanism as you tighten down, you want to keep it out side the tire. You may want to get a helper to start to flatten the runflat as you pull the slack out of the strap before ratcheting. The ratchet the strap until the runflat is touching itself, it will then resemble a curved figure 8. Next, if the tire is standing up, lay it flat on the ground, and start to pull upward on the runflat out of the tire, while standing on the tire. Now take some liquid dishwashing soap or liquid laundry soap (preferred) and smear on the runflat where it contacts the bead of the tire, the inside of the tire and where the ratchet strap contacts the tire, putit everywhere except for the portion of the runflat sticking out of the tire (where you are going to pull). Now stand on the tire and pull runflat up and out of the tire. Install is opposite. Ive done 14 or so this way, works every time and usually takes no more than 10 mins per tire.
