So, I am building a new buggy and trying to set up my links/link tabs. I've been toying with the idea of drilling a hole through some of the 1.75" .120 wall tubing to make one side of of the link bracket, but I was thinking the bolt should slide inside some sort of bolt spacer/sleeve. I cannot seem to find any spacers with an ID of 9/16. Anyone run into this before? I need a bolt spacer that has a bore of 9/16 and is at least 1.75" long.

Any tips/direction would be appreciated.

get tubing close to the same size and drill it out to fit.

You can order tube with that size ID

McMaster Carr is a good start but most any metal supplier that has tube should be able to get you what you need

Call brad at barnes4wd. He uses thick wall tubing for sleeves in poly bushings that are .5625" id, 1" od. and are cut to 2.625" or 3" length. They would be perfect for this application.
