nothing broke - he seemed pretty pleased with it. He had to bring it back for some touch up work after tellico, a few of my 5 AM welds didnt look like a basket of roses.

cool. is that specialedition from the zu board?

I have no idea about the zu board im not a member. I think his name on here is tech701.

so do you have enough cash from all these zuk builds to finish your buggy yet? :flipoff2:

Yeah, It did super up at tellico. The airshocks did wonderful. The darn thing is impressive. John (aka studnuts) with Black Out Autosports did a very nice job building it, was very knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with. Just as soon as he finished it I put it on a trailer and took it to tellico. It'll probly take a month to get every thing cleaned up and painted. Thanks for the compliment on the stinger.

That thing is pretty cool. How about some specs?

Thats a classic "Studnuts stinger"..............it looks good!:huggy:

Tech701 spec'd it out but Studnuts didn't build it.......we did when we out the cage in a year or 2 ago.....

Andy

Oh yeah, I meant 1.50" od for the arms. Putting credit where it's due, CRS did build the cage from the center foward, including the stinger. Studnuts finished up the rear of the cage and designed, fabricated and installed the suspension, including front shock hoops w/cross support under the hood and rear shock upper mounting location. I built my axles, installed all gearing (diffs & transfer), set up the hydro assist, and fabricated the sliders.
