don't know what is wrong...checked all the vacume lines and they seem to be good but its still not running good..

I couldn't tell what was wrong. did you have someone playing with the throttle or was it doing it on its own? or were you just adjusting the timing? tell us what its doing.

thats a steady throttle...its surgeing but only under throttle

i havent worked on a sami, is it carb or tbi? my socut II was carb and I had it rebuilt to fix that problem.

Problem

Check your fuel pump, a friend of mines was doing something simaler and his pump was plusing gas into the engine. This was on a carb so it may be different, I dont know
