I'm going to call around Monday but was curious if anyone has had it done in the Wilmington area before? I just don't have the time to spend grinding away if I can get it done professionally and cheap.

Make sure you seal up EVERY potential hole (vent, axle tubes, pinion hole, etc) because that grit gets everywhere and will stick to the interior if you don't. I'd also suggest that after it's done and assembled, run some cheap gear oil in it and dump it to flush anything out that may have gotten in.
