holy not enough information batman. we need more info on your truck but since you vehicle never came with a solid axle i'm pretty sure you stock ifs steering will not work.

It sounds like you are talking about your steering box?
If so, you're stock steering box will work, but only if you don't move it very far forward. Move it too much and you'll need to get a 2wd Astro van box, or I guess you could pay to have your box reversed, but that wouldn't be nearly as cost efficient.

yes i am talking about the steering box, i wanted to see if the stock steering box will work and if not i was wondering how i needed to adapt another one to the solid axle. Or f something totally new needed to be fabbed up. Sorry for the lack of info.
