Read an article on this a few weeks back, and I had to laugh because it really described me...
I'm constantly looking for ways to reduce expenses... change to a cheaper calling plan, use coupons, etc... But my motivation isn't to put money in the bank, it's so I can spend it on other stuff...
Examples..
I'm currently trying to find $12 a month that I spend, that I could reduce.. which would pay for the monthly subscription to Sirius...
Want to convert my Dodge to run on veggie oil so the fuel money I would normally spend can partially go into a "fix the truck" fund, but MOST of it would be to cover a motorcycle payment...
Anyone else think like I do, or am I still just a financial "kid" in that regard?
edit: before it's asked, yes, I'm saving for retirement and the like, so my toys aren't at the expense of that..
