Anyone ever heard of a mono-leaner suspension for a YJ?

I saw a guy with one on a CJ and he said he didnt get any axlewrap. How can a v8 powered CJ with a monoleaf not get axlewrap?

Skyjacker used to (may still?) make a monoleaf suspension. If the guy says he has no spring wrap he is either full of it or an idiot. I have never heard anything good at all about the monoleaf setup.

I just cant see how it wouldnt wrap.... There is nothing to stop it from wraping and the spring looks slightly bent sitting still.

If you drive like a wuss, you won't get wrap..

Rover guys have been using these parabolic springs for a very long time, and there's a company in Australia making them for other vehicles.. Apparently, they work very well, but I haven't seen any in a SOA config, which is where the wrap usually rears its ugly head..
