I'm betting $50k.

Pop-top vans are cool, but you can buy a three or four used RVs for what one of them costs.
 
Google says Ursa Minor makes the Element conversions. Colorado Camper Vans makes full sized van conversions, and apparently the owner is a guy from Expedition Portal. Sounds like $6k-7k?
That's cool, they're in Loveland. I used to live there.
 
Fwiw the minivan had Canada plates and was in FL
