Friend of mine made a deal with this guy, mw312003 , on his dodge.

Friend gave him a $250 deposit and the truck was going to be delivered to his house. mw312003 claimed he was on his way and gave a time, never showed, and started ignoring all phone calls and text messages. Next day, still not answering or replying, so friends mom calls. He picks up, but when she asked about the $250 he stole from my friend he hung up the phone.
 
You know you can click on his screen name, to get some info on him. I didn't read all his thread, but you can see, other people know him, & he has 2 Friends listed on his profile. First I'd take all the info, & hope you have proof of deposit, to the Police. Then, I start contacting all his friends, & the guy that said he drove this truck. Hate he's a member of NC4X4.

No joke, it even has mud on the gauges. Who doesn't clean that shit off when they are trying to sell a truck?

It's got Nitto's. Just as bad and overpriced as Thornbirds. They're the Thornbird for larger wheels.
 
rule of thumb.....stay away from anything with truck nuts on it.

I got an email, but there isn't anything we can do about it. Nobody has provided any real details about the transaction... apparently, there was a deposit, but the vehicle hasn't been delivered. That's all I really know.

Proof of deposit such as a hand written receipt hold up in court. Otherwise, no proof, no case....
 
This thread sucks, if the guy that "got screwed" was worried about itwhy didn't he start the thread?

Like the others have said. Where it the proof?

I think thee is more going on than whats being told by a third party...
