78-79 Ford are their own axle type. However interhcangeable parts are as follows Ford only F250-F350
Outers - 78-91
Spindles and Spindle nuts 78-92
Your probably better off buying new spindle nuts and bearings, and getting 35 spline outers. Stock outers are 30 spline and you can likely pic those up for about free from someone who has upgraded. Purchasing new spindles is going to be much easier ,since someone would have to disassemble a highly desirable axle that is worth $650-1000 to sell spindles when new ones can be purchased for $120 ish with spindle bearings. If you shoot me an email address and a parts list I can give you a quote on new parts.

Pretty easy to find all that stuff. Dana 60 parts will rack up quick though, so have your money right! Also, once it's together, check the camber...if it's anything like mine you'll have close to 2* of positive camber.
