School Me on Lawn Irrigation Systems

Bringing this back from the dead. Finally got the numbers above

~65 psi and ~10.5 gpm
65 psi is great, 10.5 GPM is usable but more would be better. I have always only used 75% of of the available water GPM because you never know down the road what may happen to the water supply. So if I were you I would design around maybe 8gpm. Get Guffey your lawn dimensions since he is leading this one so he can design what you need. You'll need the lot size or just lawn size if you have acreage. If it's kind of square then you can be pretty general. If it's broken up with natural areas, buildings, driveways, etc. he will need to know all that. I'm sure he will chime in shortly.

I am gonna bet that the gpm's are after a pressure reduced in the house which is fine, probably more gpm's when you tap in,

Drawing is the next step like RQ said
