I have a Jeep an 1982 CJ7 that was purchased with lockers . Today I raised up the back of the jeep and took the Diff cover off . The only markings that I could see on the locker is " D 0 A " on one side and " 702 " or " 7C2 " on the other side . Can anyone tell what brand of locker this is from these marking ? Also , the left side of the locker does not move when spinning the tires but the right side kinda clicks along the interlocking splines with only one wheel spinning and then it catches and both wheels spin . Is this normal ? It seems like the locker clicks all the time . Thanks in advance for your help .

sounds normal

Sounds more like the markings on a lockright. Here are pics of 2 different lockrights. Big one is for a toyota 4cyl 8". Small one is for a toyota 7.5" IFS.
