Looking someone to turn the knuckles on a SCout II axle for caster........... (Central NC area, we are located just North of Wake Forest)

Anyone interested or know someone that will turn the knuckles on a Scout II front axle cheap or reasonably priced? My 17 year old is trying to put his CJ5 back together and he is on a very tight, high-schooler's budget.
