Second temporary LED turn signal mounting.

I'm trying to figure out ways to mount my front LED turn signals so they can be seen. My problem is the winch hoop on my bumper which I'd like to keep.
The first temporary mounting was to mount the LEDs to the grille under the headlights with super velcro which held up...well it was still holding up, but I was wanting to try something different. All that could really be seen was the glow of the turn signals and a sliver of the LED themselves.
I went to harbor freight and got these brackets on sale and figured I'd give these a try and see how they do mounted here. Four bucks and change can't hurt. They can certainly be seen now. I need to see if they will get tagged by the tires in flex when I wheel it next but I think they are just barely in the clear.
This is without drilling new holes using the fender bolts. I could drill new holes and possibly go higher.
I'm not afraid of drilling 4" holes it's just they won't really be seen flush on the grille and I'm trying to figure out other solutions.
Yeah, I gotta get some goo gone now.
Anyway, here's some pics.

I went through this a year or so ago.

I found the cleanest and best solution was to use the JK turn signals, the TJ plugs fit the JK housing and you can maintain the existing bulbs. I realize this doesn't solve your issue, but its a suggestion.

I'm fairly certain I tossed all that when I cut the fenders off.

I've got a few ideas with this bracket, failing this, I can pick up a led strip that will mount of the leading edge of the fenders.
