lmao, dude seriously, why are you asking us? the value of the ride is up to you to make. so put it in the for sale section and give us a price. if someone is interested they will make you an offer and you can decide to accept or decline. simple as that.

otherwise just add up what you've invested in it and divide by 2. thats how it usually ends up anyway.

5 to 5500 would be my guess. Looks capable as a wheeler, alot of the must have work is done from what I can see...engine is rebuilt, comes with a lot of spares...

Return to stock, sell parts and vehicle.

You'll make more money and it'll be easier to sell. Most people consider a modified vehicle to be beaten up so they won't even consider or possibly attempt to lowball you.

Some other things when selling. CLEAN THE DAMN CAR. Both inside and out. This makes all the difference. Also make shiny. Your paint looks like it is in good shape. Good. Polish and wax. Clean windows inside and out, put on tire shine. Get the Meguiars tire shine in a can. This is a win. Inside, go nuts with the armor all and vacuum cleaner.

Then take AN ASS of photos. I mean, like 30. Also make sure the vehicle isn't making any noises, no lights on the dash, etc.

I recently went looking for a car and only one guy bothered to clean it. That really pisses off a buyer.

There is no returning to stock with this xj. Custom Transfercase skid with 5- 1/2" grade 8 bolts on each side, Folded rear quarter, and cut fenders, she is an offroader now.

I agree.

This is one area where you'll get 2X the $$ invested in return. If I were selling that Jeep, I'd spend $250 and get a THOROUGH detailing done. I'm betting you'd get more than $500 more for it, for your efforts/investment.

Good luck.

Why would you sell it after dumping all that money into it? Why would you dump all that money into it if you thought you might sell it? This thing looks like it's worth more as a vehicle than the money in your pocket. Keep it.

If you do decide to sell it, put some carpet back in it, and don't ever mention you took the doors off.

It would be amazing if you could get $4k, tops.

Never said that dumped alot of money into it. I have had this XJ since i was 16, and i put 121,000 of the 136,000 miles on it. I have more time in her than anything else. Custom bumpers, transfer case crossmember, tube doors, folded quarters, fender triming, 2 different lifts, S.Y.E.

All the extra parts were donated off my brothers XJ. I think that what i'm trying to say is i need a new project. I think that i am one of those guys that likes building the rig more Crawling it.

The rear doesn't look too bad cut.

I'd say return it to stock, put fender flares on it to hide what you've done. Everything done underneath, don't touch. Not many people actually look under the rig.

If you do decide to keep it like it is, all your extras, sell separately after the rig is gone. No one wants to deal with 3x sets of tires. Put the crappiest/cheapest set of tires on it and sell the others separate. Same with tube doors, driveshafts, etc.

You shouldn't have said you ran 35s on it! Don't tell anyone that! 35s tear up Dana 30s...and probably the rest of the vehicle too just from the use associated with em!

I'd say try to appeal to a high school kid.

I just want to say that the 35's were bought for future plans and never ran on the truck. I agree that 35's will make a dana 30 blowup.

I would not say that "you cant drive" if you bust a dana 30 with 35 in tires. I will venture to say that, You will not take a dana 30 with 35'' tires on it where you take a jeep with a dana 44 or 60 on 35'' tires everytime and it hold together. Even if your easy on the go pedal if you get in a under cut or binding situation it will go easier. I am speaking from a stand point of I don't pull a winch cause I can't beat on my shit. I am just talking from a stand point of someone who wheels with people who would say " don't waste your time following us cause you will break, get the right drivetrain for the rig"
