Since yours is based on a jeep, it would likely be easier to do a bonded title if there is still a VIN tag on the tub, or do a replica/kit car title.
But a full tube buggy might be able to use this bill to get a tag. Not sure their definition of "manufactured" or if they are going to do inspections.
