Is it normal for the front shackles to move from side to side when u turn the wheel wile driving?? Im having this problem on my chevy with a six inch lift and 35's.

It is normal to have some movement, but not a lot.

How long are the shackles? Are they stock, or extended?
The longer they are, the more leverage placed upon them.

not sure man they arent stock they have three adjustment holes and they are in the middle hole right now. the truck sits like it ahs a 6" lift. It makes my 35" tires look kinda small and outa place, but not real bad. I can see the shackles through the floorboard where my t-case shifter sticks through. they gotta have atleast 1/2" of play from side to side if not more. another thing is that all of my bushings look new.

Sounds like the crap-ass Vato-Zone lift shackles. They're cheap as hell, and they're not braced in the center like a decent aftermarket shackle. I'd suggest getting a shorter, better shackle. Even if it doesn't change the side-to-side, you'll still be better off!

Not being mean, but given the fact that you can see shackles through the TC shift hole, it sounds like a hack lift job. Im betting el cheapo jacker shackles and a body lift..

na no body lift. I cut the hole in the floorboard where the tc shifter comes through for access to the shifter bolts. The truckcame originally with the all time 4wd package and now has an np205 behin a th350. Your right thought the shackles arent braced in the middle. I discovered tonight after driving through my garden that the rear shackly on the passenger side is broke the weld has broken and it is starting to unfold.
