This has become a big problem over near my parents in the RTP. I am sure someone will tell me I am wrong but they are annoying. Last time I came up to a big group I was in my Chevelle,468 BBC with a 4 speed muncie and open pipes. I pushed in the clutch and settled to a coast behind them.We coasted like that for what seemed like 2-3 miles, I barely needed any gas in 4th gear to keep the car moving at their speed. Finally we came to a big straight away and I pulled the trans down into 2 gear and Hammered it. The God's of Thunder Spanked the Road with an ear deafening roar from Thor's Hammer and I went around them. 100+ decibels screamed from my engine, scaring one of the bikers, he fumbled and went down,taking several others with him. They were so impressed several of them saluted me to tell me I was #1 . Fuggin Awesome.
