Anyone on here in the Charlotte area do any Sheet Metal fabrication. I need a simple pan made up and having no luck with the businesses around the area.

Rogers Sheet Metal, used to. I haven't been there, since we had 4 seasons! Even some of the HVAC places / shops, used to do side jobs. Just knowing someone I guess. Mars Fab, or maybe some one on here will chime in.

What gauge and how big?

What ever gauge will end up being the cheapest. It is a oil pan for a sewing machine. About 24x12x3 with a cutout in the middle with a bead or welded lip

HVAC guys, are there any Pre-made drip pans for AC units? Maybe 1 could be adapted.

Not sure what is meant by a bead or welded lip.
Either way I can bend this shape up to 16 gauge.

Drawing attached. The cutout in the center needs to be raised by 1/4" to keep oil from dripping out and the seams welded.
