Only in FL - and I'm a native! You have to realize where Polk County is located. Right in between the middle of mouse ears, cigar city, and nowhere. Apparently folks have to get creative 'round there!

I'm no criminal law expert but the article makes it sound an awful lot like entrapment.
Good for them for the bust but I hope it was by the books, I'm sure that out of such a large catch there are going to be several high paid lawyers set on this.

Oh yea. And if any have political connections he may be short lived as Sheriff. Just love the guys style!
