Looks like one of the middle Eastern scrapyards. They drive it as far up on shore as they can so that's that much less they have to swim out to cut up. Nasty places. The environmentalists that think we're destroying the Earth need to check one of these places out. They'd cry themselves to death.

I read somehwere that this type of scrapping is done alot in Africa and there are ALOT of deadly accidents in the process of dismantling these ships.
