Shipping container roof leak repair

How would the collective best choose to repair this leak in our Babe Ruth League container?

Slap some of that flex seal as seen on tv? lol. I’d seriously considered zip tape.

Plenty of ways to fix this. What is the best solution with the least effort?

I’m thinking clean it up, quality roof flashing sealant all over a metal patch with plenty of coverage beyond the hole and something heavy to place on it while it cures.
 
Ice and water shield would be my quick and dirty solution. Make sure the base material is clean (buzz it with a wire wheel to get the loose paint off).

We used JUST ice and water shield on our addition for YEARS when I was a kid. Lay it down in the heat of the day, and prey you never have to pull it up again. They make a foil backed version for flashing that would probably be the cheapest solution relative to a roll of valley or granulated options.

Good call on the ice and water. I can reach out to a buddy and get a partial roll for free I bet. That stuff on a hot day is like a human fly trap. Lol
 
This reminds me of a conversation I was having with a friend this weekend.
We rent 20' open storage connex for $105/month and split trailer storage with A/c units for $140/month. That's after taxes and fees etc. and includes delivery.

With the current cost of used shipping containers, I cant see buying them anymore. Just call UR or Sitebox have them deliver, when it starts leaking have them replace it.
