Shocks

How big of a difference will new shocks make in the comfort of a Daily driven stock 2000 XJ with 105k on it. Sounds like a major newb question but although i'm not new to wheeling this is my first daily driver that isn't a comfy car so I'm trying to make it a bit more user friendly.

Depending on your choice of shock, it makes a huge difference.

I would go with a Bilstein shock, but they are not going to be cheap. You are going to spend around 400 for the set. If you looking for something more reasonable that will make a big difference in ride and it going to be primarily street driven, I would rec. the gabriel reflex shocks. Those will run around 200 for a set.
