any body ever try to cross reference shocks to find the same lenght but in a cheaper brand of shock? what I am saying is
I need a shock that will work with 2 inches of lift over stock height. Has anyone of you evry researched or know of a place I can visit on the web to find this info. I am not trying to be cheap but cant afford $200 dollars for shocks. three back surgurys and no work gets you no money, if you follow me. hope someone can help me out. thanks I need these for a 94 wrangler w/ 2.5 engine.

quadratec has a "shock selector" thing on there website. if you note the part numbers for the different lift height shocks then it should get you in the ballpark.
