Shop in triad area recomended for gear install

Kevin Watts is up in Cary. He should be able to take care of you without a problem.

On a related note, has anyone ever heard of people installing gears themselves then blowing up after a few miles? I know a few people who have set there own junk up and said it wasnt as difficult as everyone makes it out to be.

WTF! His shop is only like 30-40 mins. from "death valley" in GSO (the I-85/40/Hwy.29/US421 interchange)... Not like he moved to BF Montana or something! :rolleyes:

Sheldon (goferitoffroad) did my HP30, but I think Kevin actually sets up the gears so you get the same quality work without actually driving to Cary.

Yeah - John thinks it is BFE.
That is why he was all about getting his jackstands back. They been sitting up there for like 2 years and now he thinks he better get them back before they get gone to NJ or some sheet.
Dewd - check out a map some time. It is right on the stateline. (Just on the other side of it now) Actually closer to some people now than ever before.

Oh and Caver is right. No Brake-Kleen for you at the new shop.

well its a long drive for a 4banger TJ with 36's............hell to the corner store and back is long for my jeep anymore :D
 
For a Toyota I would definetly go to Rock Monkey 4x4.com. Its in salisbury the guy Seth really knows Toyota's inside out.
