shop to restore an International Scout

A guy I know has a scout he wants restored to stock. He had it at Wilson's in Fayetteville NC but they didn't get to it forever and now they are closed. Does anyone have a recommendation for a shop that can fully restore this? It's something I don't have time for and I don't have any idea who to send him to.

He could look into Carolina Off-road Outfitters in Raleigh Carolina Off Road Outfitters Vintage Broncos Cruisers Rovers. I don't have any first hand experience with them, but they are the only place I know of that specializes in older 4x4s.

Carolina off road has a paint booth inside their shop now. I was there the other day, they have a nice mix of older 4*4 trucks. All I know.
