does any one know of any good import auto shops or 4x4 shops in Boone that might be looking for help? i thought i had a job lined up but it may have fallen through and im kind of stuck if it did (no where to park my truck and no where to leave my tool box). i need a job by next weekend in boone where i can leave my tool box (medium snap on roll around) and truck. my boss here suggested some shop called swedish imports or somthing just outside of town, but i need to know if i should just leave my stuff here or if i can have a place lined up when i get there. i have a little over a year and a half of experience working on BMWs, and more like 2 or 3 working on fab stuff on my various 4 wheeling trucks. i know this is forward but im pretty desperate if this job falls through cause i cant pay for school unless im working. any help would be greatly appreciated. oh and if anyone knows how to get in touch with Will from Rock Bottom 4x4 that would be super, i can seem to reach him on the shop line at Line-X
 
From what im guessing, it looks like you are going to App?

Are you staying on campus or off?

Im in a pretty big dorm room, so I THINK i can accomodate your tool box for a while if you cannot find a job in time
 
yea im going to app, im in Cone. im not so worried about the tool box as the truck though.

I should be over at cone regularly, ive got a friend staying there.
 
It's been a while, but I had some friends that used to park in the parking lot of Lowe's Foods. We even worked on some trucks there. Of course, that was 5 years ago and Boone has changed a lot since then.

Hahaha, yeah...

Every time I go to Boone there's 1 new road, 1 less road that I was planning to use, and about 4 new buildings.
