I know a diesel mechanic and he has a 2000 Ford F-350 4x4 7.3, crew cab long bed. It has the f/x package with the rancho shocks. Trucks interior looks like it just rolled off the assembly line it’s so clean, body and paint are just as good, it’s bone stock, looks, runs, drives perfect and everything on the truck is tight. It has somewhere in the upper 200 thousand miles but you would never know it. He wants $8500 for it, any suggestions?

Get it. I’ve been looking and those are hidden gems. Everything else is double that. There’s a crew cab 4x4 with cloth seats near me, low 200’s on mileage and he’s asking $13,500. Buy it.

The only counter point is..he’s a diesel mechanic. Why is he selling? What does he know that isn’t worth fixing...

It’s actually his nephews, I have known the guy for years and years super good guy, he tried to buy it from him years ago and wouldn’t sell it so he went and bought a new one or he said he would have it

I went ahead and done it, runs and drives perfect
