So I aquired a wooden hut sort of thing with an equipment purchase. Originally built as sort of clean room for a computer. Fella I bought the equipment from needed it gone. He was to old to dismantle and we had some help so home it rode with me.

I reassemble and decided to chop the top. I've added roof material. It has a 18 inch over hang. It is all currently built of repurposed material.

48 by 72 by 78 tall inside to low side of pitch added.

It is assembled with all 2 by 4 lumber and sheeting. The floor is 3/4 with two 4 by 6 ends. Stout platform.

I have enough plywood to sheet it and enough tar paper and shingle to do the roof......again no out of pocket. Just my time. BTW I'm no carpenter.:p

It actually has a nicely executed plexy window.

So to the point......

Currently it could be a Chicken Coop, Hunting Blind, or even an Out House!

I have gave serious thought to a composting poop house.(not sure it's even legal anymore)

I really thought about flipping the labor for some cash. What does NC 4x4 think?

When I saw the title of this thread, my first thought was, "If you're asking this question, the answer is going to be yes."

Although now I'm not so sure.
The primary question is... what are you intending to do with it? Outhouse? Big ass bat house? Smoking hut? Shelter for illegal alien underground railroad?

What are the outer widest dimensions? Moving it via road could be expensive for somebody if > 12' now.

The squarish holes were for two vents. Actually have the pleated filters and louvered covers that go with it. Basicly air conditioning returns.
@RatLabGuy I'd hate to see the bats that would need this big of a box......and just what kind of smoking where you talking about? :D I gave up cigarettes and chew about 7 ish years ago.

Dried meats, of course... its already vented!

109 by 84 is the widest dimensions. The roof.

Hmmm.... You have a great blank canvas there. Leave it where it is, use it for an operating station for a CNC machine of some sort. Stick a 6k btu window unit in it and wire communication lines for a laptop and tally ho.

For not having anything in it except your time I’d finish it up and post it on the sales medium of your choice right before deer season. If it seals up that well it’ll keep skeeters/bugs out which is a bonus get some money out of it if you don’t actually have intentions for it. Put money towards X, Y, or Z.

I'm out of shop space and funds....I will be running a small cnc plasma with a dedicated computer. But I need the foot print to be a whole bunch smaller.

This is actually my strongest inclination. Never thought about the timing. I was considering some hinged shooting doors that could prop open....or researching some blinds. I have no idea what it could fetch. I'd use it to hunt if I actually took time to do that any more.

Looks like a chicken coop to me
I have an overly nice one I built a few years ago. As for coops it seems people want a free one or buy some factory built bells and wistle thing they don't need. I don't want to make it that nice.

I mean hell, I’ve seen people pay 500 for a gutted out porta shitter shack deer blind so I would say if it is of good solid construction I wouldn’t see any reason you couldn’t start at say $400?? But the heck if I know.

A piece of plexiglass that can slide left to right. Or a piece that flips down. Use and old pair of jeans as the hinge. Metal will make to much noise.
